Ground Rules

Quantity: 12+ dozen minimum. Price breaks at 12, 24, 48, and 120 dozen order levels. Can mix ball models from same manufacturer with minimum 12 dozen for any one model.

Timing: First time orders ship in 2 to 3 weeks by ground service. Add ground transit time for delivery. Repeat orders normally ship in 1 week. Expedited turnaround within 4 workdays including next day air shipping is usually available at a premium of $8.00/dozen.

Pricing: All-inclusive pricing covers ground freight, up to 5 color logo, and artwork setup. Sales tax applies on NY state deliveries.

Artwork: Prefer your artwork by email in vector logo file such as eps, ai, or cdr format. Other logo file formats such as jpg, bmp, tiff, and gif are usually workable, especially for simple graphics. Need your Pantone PMS color identifications. If you don't know PMS colors, the manufacturer will match the colors on your logo file. Pre-production email proof available on request at no charge; adds 2 to 3 days to turnaround time.
